By completing the appointment form, The following Terms And Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by the student.
Confirmation By Student
Upon completing the appointment form, a confirmation message will be sent to the student. Please check your spam folder if you do not find it in the inbox.
The student must follow the instructions in the email and send a whatsapp message to confirm the appointment. If the student fails to reply with a confirmation message, we will cancel the appointment without further notice.
Cancellation By Student
A student who wishes to cancel the lesson must send a cancellation message to us by Whatsapp at least 24 hours before the lesson. A student who fails to do so will not be attended when they attempt to make another appointment.
Cancellation By Tutor
Our tutor reserves the right to cancel an appointment any time before the lesson. The tutor will always offer the student a replacement lesson for the cancelled session.
Punctuality
All lessons will start on time and last for 45 minutes. The student should be on time for each lesson. In the event that the student is running late, the lost time will not be made up.
If for whatever reason the tutor and the student are unable to establish communication during the lesson, the lesson will be cancelled after 15 minutes of unsuccessful connection.
